wrong product delivered and now they are not doing exchange/refund/return

Hi, I have ordered "Order# 404-4699700-7269914" from amazon India on 02-SEP-2023 which has 3 products (of t-shirts) out of which one product delivered with wrong brand , as i have ordered "Tommy Hilfiger Men's Updated Basic Regular Fit Polo Shirt (S23HMKT361_Fresh White M)" But they delivered with brand "Arrow" which is lesser amount than my order amount. So in this case brand is different so the amount of the product also differs. I have raised this concern to them on same day of delivery date hence no delay on this part. When contacted to amazon, they are not doing exchange/return on this order hence I want justice in-spite of I have provided all evidences to them. They are not delivering correct product with correct order price. Kindly assist in this case. Thanks.
