Horrible Service Support Vijay Sales & Philips India

I have purchased Philips LED TV from Vijay Sales Kalyan with extended AMC from authorised Philips Services Centre (Quick Customer Electronic Pvt LTD). LED TV is out of warranty and in AMC support. Have being trying since last 2 weeks to log the complaint for LED TV but none of them are helping to register complaint and have no support. This brands are good in selling products but no after sales support.
