With all the notifications give to you by me still the company kept mum for so many months, if this would not be taken care if would really have to take legal actions against the company and the warehouse. Who is responsible for this late back attitude company itself or the IRDA for all this mess.I really want all of my loss covered and paid to me.All the process has been delayed by the company cholaMS not by me. I have heavy emi and the insurance amount to the company being a comman man still follow all the protocol which are required. I hope you being a multimillionaire company would also follow everything properly according to the customer.
My Vehicle Crashed on 30th January, 2020 and I Informed CholaMs. The company's surveyor immediately came to the survey and He asked to put the car in the workshop. At his request, I put the Vehicle in the Bafna workshop. They E-mailed me after 1 months 28 days and said that your Vehicle is totally Damaged. And a deal was made with me and ask me for confirmation and say that after your confirmation we will proceed with the process.
I give confirmation through a E-mail. But none of my processes progressed. After 2 months 28 days, I will be notified by mail that your Vehicle will be repaired. And these people suddenly change a Decision after the 5 month. This is because Eknath Moore calls me to the office and demand a Rs 5,0000/- to Release the Payment. If i refuse to give he tell me i will put your car in repairing. And now it will take 3 months to make the car and these people have already ruined my 6 month. So who is responsible for the 9 Month EMI and i loss 1 lakh per month because of your carelessness and late responsibilities i claim a my whole amount pay by a company. And let me stick to the previous deal. I HOPE YOU TAKE A IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST OUR CORRUPT EMPLOYEE. i look forward to hearing from
