I purchased a Asus laptop from Hi Tech Computers.when i chech product warranty in Asus company website it shows warranty expired in 2018.then i called Asus customers care and confirmed same as per customer care Rep i need to submit original bill copy with them and bill must include laptop serial number and model number.When i ask about same to hi tech computers owners he refused to give bill with serial no because of this my laptops warranty don't start.
