The phone i buied from mi store was damaged due accident but was under insurance so i have submitted it to mi store for repair but it was only two weeks after i received the phone.I handed over the phone to 1 assit on 1st july 2016 and today is 15th september but still i haven't received the phone back i said them either return the unrepaired phone or money or my phone.But they have only one thing to say sorry madam we can't help you.After every week they are informing me that the due date is changed.I have only the details of the phone which i have attached.Please help me out.They even said that go to consumer court we dont have any problem.
