poor Quality of parts of water filter complain against Aqua guard

I had purchased an Aqua guard water filter in March 2015 for Rs 22000.It started giving problem in May 2016 for which the company charged us Rs 4777. After One month ie in June again it was not working well. On complaining ,their engineer visited and told that we will have to pay Rs 4500 to get it repaired.I feel cheated .
