I have purchased an Air Conditioner on 06/11/2015 from Great Eastern Trading Co., Habra (Bili - 21/SA/1516/07828, 06/11/2015) and installed the machine. After installation I never used the machine because winter season. Last 11.03.2016 one night when switch on the Air Conditioner huge water dripping from the machine. On 12.03.2016 I have lodge an online complain (16031203405), they have not response anything, after few days later I got a sms that your call is closed. I am very much surprised and again lodge an online complain on 21.03.2016 Vide No.16032104996, after two days later an executive has visited in my house and told me that the "Water Tray" of the said Air Conditioner is Broken and it’s a manufacturing defect, so we are try to change it early. I request him to replace the said Air Conditioner Machine; they told me sorry we can’t do anything. Then I have contact a Sr. Executive of this company Mr. Asraf (Ph. 7439038366) and told him the all things. Still I have constantly contact their customer service station ( Ph. 9007869686/9073351298) but they have not provide any suitable response. They told me sorry we can't arrange it. I am very much worried about the all. I told him that I shall lodge a complaint in consumer Forum, they told ok no problem. Please sir takes a strict action against the Company.
