In-Warranty Replaced Product Not Recieved even after 2 months

I had sent my defected (one ear-side wasn't working) Skullcandy JIB S2DUDZ-003 in-ear headphone (ordered on 30 Aug, 2015) still in warranty(It claimed 6 months warranty) period on 30 Jan, 2016 via DTDC (CN No. :K85312602) by paying INR 110, to the address:
SKULLACANDY RETURNS,
BRAND EYE DISTRIBUTORS,
B-2, SEC-4,
NOIDA- 201301.
It has been over 2 months and I still have no whereabouts of my product. The customer care has now turned very unresponsive to my e-mails. However, on regular inquiries they have told me that no courier service is delivering the replacement to the address:
Sudhir Apartment,
Dhalua Border Road,
Policepara, Panchpota, Garia,Kolkata-700152
(Near Netaji Subhash Engg College).

But, I have been recieving many parcels and couriers on the given address regularly. Even the earphone was an online delivery to the same address. Inspite of my several requests and reminders, they have not sent me the tracking id of the parcel, nor has any courier service tried to reach me via call/sms on 72780**** for the delivery of replacement.
I have been very troubled and annoyed by the irresponsible attitude of BRAND EYE DISTRIBUTORS. And, would like you to take necessary actions so that they may not repeat the same with other customers. In hope of justice. Swati Sneha
