I have filed a complaint in jago grahak jago against Asus company on 21/06/2016 for his poor quality product and service. My phone could have been repaired during the warranty period but their poor quality service led to show the same problem a few days after I received my phone from them.When I approached them the next time (unfortunately warranty period over) they demanded 8237 Rs to repair it. After I filed the complaint the company replied that they can give only 7% discount. I requested them to either replace it or extend the warranty period but they showed no response . Please help. My phone is of no use now and I am in a complete loss of 16100 Rs. The phone is presently with the company.
