I ordered an insect killer from homeshop18 on 8th august and it was defective from the first day,i complained many times but they kept saying they will look into the matter and then they messaged me address of service center but i want replacement as it was not working from the first day also i went to the service center they said that it will took 5-6 months to fix my product and they also said homeshop18 is bad as there are many faulty products in service center.
