Complaint for exorbitant computer colour mixing charges of weather shield paint against Dulux paint

Subject: Complaint for exorbitant computer colour mixing charges of weather shield paint against Dulux paint dealer and poor quality products with all round deterioration in non functioning non responsive online websites and their phones of officers

Dear Sir,
It is for the information of all that I have purchased nearly 100 litres of weather shield dulux paint. Obsidian glass/OONN/13/000 with base 463594/configuration YOX 635, BLK 2865, WHT 2335, OYR 515 for exterior painting of my residence at Kangra_Himachal Pradesh. This paint has been bought under bill non1196, dated 23rd Nov2020 from Sh. Neeraj Mehta, Sai Hardware, Gaggal Road, Kangra, Kangra. For 2*twenty litres bucket (40 litres) of the weather shield Rs. 18785/- (Each 20 litres bucket costs Rs. 9393/-). The charges of colour mixing of for the above mentioned colour shade for 20 litres bucket is more than Rs. 2000/- which is very highly charged as compared to the same bucket purchased at the amount of Rs. 6900/- from Kakaram Sardari Lal, Garhi Ahata Chowk, Pathankot-145001, bill no 6927, dated 25th Nov2020. (The copies of the both bills are hereby attached herewith). The following unfortunate evidences of LOOTMAAR by Dulux Dealer and poor quality products/behavior with all round deterioration in non functioning, non responsive online websites and the phones of officers are marked below:
a. Comparison the prices of two dealers and evident looting by Sai Hardware, Gaggal, Kangra; The charges of colour mixing of for the above mentioned colour shade for 20 litres bucket is more than Rs. 2000/- which is absolutely unacceptable. This looting is not for the first time. It is going on for the last many many months.
b. Quality of above marked exterior paint has been used in a month and the flakes of the paint from the walls are falling down within a month time which is visible to the naked eyes. The company claims that this weather shield paint when used once, lasts for seven years.
c. The behavior of not only the dealer but also those of dulux company officials are at Kangra and Chandiagarh are below average and dictatorial. They are always unresponsive and unpleasant. Some of the officials of Dulux paint company like Sh. Sushil at Nadoun (Mobile No 7807431281), Mr. Pankaj (Mobile no 9316699588), Mr. Avneet Rajput (Mobile no 8278732604) when contacted appear to be in corrupt hands and gloves with the dealer due to obvious reasons. Even Sh. Rajeev Sharma, from Area Sales Manager from Chandigarh/HP is either most of the times unavailable or very nonsensically talking. It appears that the customers who are heavily paying, buying the worthless Dulux paint company products and responsible for their salaries, are pushed to the mere level of their servants.
d. If you happen to dial the customer care service no.18003037373, it goes to Nestle company; Akzo Nobel Gurgoan no 1241244726150 is invalid, Dulux Paints, Kolkata no 91 3332227171 is not working and so on and so forth. The company website is totally in bad shape in all directions and the customers are highly frustrated and ready to take the cases to the court in the near future, in case this uninterrupted loot mar and ill practice continues for poor customer care, poor quality products with all round deterioration in non functioning non responsive online websites equally nonsensical behavior of their officers as listed above.
e. It is requested that the stringent action may be taken immediately with adequate compensation before legal and other wise action is initiated against all the defaulters. In that case, all the expenses of any origin would be borne by the defaulters and the company.
