Hi this is a frustated customer of Competent Kullu. I booked a Swift Desire tour on 2 March 2016 by paying tokken cash amount as per the words of Maruti Officials. I paid cash amount for booking to the branch office in Manali and got a reciept from them. And didn't took the delivery of the cab as it was the peak Tourist season in Manali and when ever i got the calls from there office from Kullu that i would be taking the delivery in July first or Second week. On 5 July i again called there office and said that i want the car delivery till 12 July for which they said OK. When i asked them on 12 July they said it would be delivered on 13 July...On 13 July they said for 14....On 14 July they said the Vehicle had reached Mandi but we don't have any company driver to bring the cab to Kullu....I said that i am ready to pay 1000/ extra charges for driver.( Distance between Mandi to Kullu is just 70 km), but the Sales Manager in Kullu said that no the cab will not be delivered as its Saturday today and tomorrow is Sunday and its closed. ...i got a reply that the cab will not delivered before Monday.....
On Monday ( 18 July 2016 )when i went to Kullu Competent at 11 am the Sales Manager told me that the car which assigned on my name had an accident while unloading in Mandi.(where as he told me on Saturday that there is no driver available to bring the cab to Kullu). I told him my all problems that i have taken a package from Delhi to Leh and return back. And i will directly have a loss of 40,000/ and my all the future business will be spoiled with him. The revert which i got from the Sales Manager was " Hum Kuch Nahi Kar sakte AP BOOKING CANCEL KARWA DIJIYE". At that moment i felt like booking a car from Competent was the biggest fault of my life. (I know how i gathered the money and trusted the Maruti, I belong to a middle Class family and arranging 6,70,000/ is like saving of my 8 years, ). After that i kept wondering in there office for 3 hoyurs, No one even asked me for a glass of water, i kept my bag inside and went outside as i was completely out of my mind and didn't knew what to do. They even didn' bothered giving me a simple call at that interval of 5 hrs. The people sitting in Maruti Competent, kullu are just spoiling the name of the Maruti Brand and the trust people are having on it. At last when i shouted in there office for my rights they said please come after 5-7 days for taking the car delivery. This is the way they treated me...I just picked up my bag and came out of there.( Felt like a begger out there begging for something )....I was completely frustated and at last went to Toyota Mandi and the people out there treated me very well and i admire there work and the good work of Anand Toyota. Got the car on the spot. ...I had to pay 2.5 lakh Extra due to Maruti Competent, Kullu . When the Maruti Competent people came to know that i went to Toyota they started calling me that come back we will provide you delivery next morning..They thought i was a great fool who would believe them once again...Now i will go to the consumer court for complete Compensation and the Harassment they have done to me.....I would advise other's also don't book any cab from Maruti Competent, Kullu as they all sitting there are just spoiling the name of The Maruti brand. They just believe that we are selling a brand and harresing the Clients won't effect them..., They are far away from the meaning of Service......
Because of these people i am paying 2.5 lakh extra which is completely beyond my hands, but i have to do it as they made me stuck in the middle.
