Mobile lenovo 6000 replacement approached the lenovo service center Chandigarh but still not resolve

I sanjay Sharma want to bring your kind notice that i have purchase lenovo 6000 plus but with in 6 months it started to created problem. For repairing purpose i approached the lenovo service center Chandigarh sec. 20 D. but still not resolve the issue every time its functioning go out of order. Phone hangout and contact not synchronize with Gmail. More over i belong to district hamirpur of hp state and to resolve my problem i have to come chandigarh many time and money is wastage in all that process. I came Chandigarh 4-5 times for its repairing and issue is still not resolve. I have made some call to escalation Manager (Mr. Iqbal Singh) but he didn’t pick my call. Even i forwarded 4-5 mails him only first mail response came. All mails proof are there available. Even then I made a lot of call to Lenovo smart phone technical support. They said your warranty status is not with us. All recording are available with me. Even I put I forwarded mails to smartphonets@lenovo.com they responded. On responding of their mail again got a call from service center and I again showed the problem with my set and they said me to handover my set to them and on asking the job sheet no. of today visit and previous visit they denied for this. The service center manger Mr. Arvind also misbehaves with me. Moreover they said to wait me for 3 hours. Even I showed all the problem with my handset on the center by siting with them. The engineer was really agree with my problem he spent at least one hour with me. But at the end when they said handover your set to us , I just ask for my job sheet number but they said our senior manager Arvind is denied for this. Then I just ask him let me talk with your senior .On telephonic conversation Mr. Arvind misbehaved with me. I have also put whole matter to smartphonets@lenovo.com by mail but didn’t get any reply. I am going to file a complaint against Mr. Arvind in NCH. Also You can check all record online of this phone they have replace the motherboard 3-4 times. Even they have changed my touch one time. Although previous touch was working properly problem was other. IMEI no. I mentioned here which was replaced.
