Dear sir.
I'm pankaj sharma customer of videocon D2H dish TV service. customer id no 30238228 my set of box due to some fault i change my set of box 8 aug. Your engineer visit and take all charges regarding set of box and remote but my box not working after this i call your customer care no and your authorized dealer no but no response to other side my id not work properly and due to set of box complaint i can't see your service with humble request to you the charges those deducted till date 8 aug to 28 augt refund my id. But videocon D2H service providers not slove my problem and say to me can't handle my problem they give unnecessary reasons to me my all balance reduce in this periods kindly help me. otherwise i'm going to consumer court and camplaint regarding your services and your authorized dealer services all recording in my hands ur customer care centre and dealer services you check my complaint and as soon as possibly reply me my mobile no 09418678372. All customer care executives tell me can't slove my problem and they closed my complaints to there side automatically.
