i bought a phone and got it insured from apps daily, my phone was stolen and as per the store manager told me to claim it, i called the customer service and gave all my details to them, but they refused to claim it as it was given to me by my brother and his name was there as the customer name, and i was the user, so they said they will not claim it.

    Its totally a fraud company..Have deposited my mobile phone since 26th oct 2016 under insurance claim for damaged screen and company is not returning my mobile till date..Wenever talk to customer care they are rude and just have an answer we dont have any update of your mobile,it is with brand,cant say about its date till date..Totally feeling mentally tortured from the company..This company is a great thief..Not returning my mobile..Have taken 5000 rs during insurance and again 3000 rs. With my mobile under claim..
