Complaint about Not getting refund from Goibibo where their booking failed

I made the booking of hotel through GoIbibo at 19:30hrs on 25th Sep'16, booking number HTLPT7JWPA and as per the confirmation Check-in was on 25th Sep'16 from 6:00am onwards and Check-out was 26th Sep'16 before 12:00pm. But Hotel denied to accept this booking. I made the call on customer care at 19:45hrs and they took 55minutes but issue was not resolved.
I have not checked in because of Goibibo mistake. Now, I am following up to refund my money but Goibibo team refused. There is no fault from my side and I made the booking from Goibibo. Therefore, request for your intervention to refund my amount.

    Hi,
    hi, myself rakhee jash is a travel agent from global travel services. i booked hotel mahamaya palace for my brother mr. kaustabh kundu. Booking ID: HTLWSUAUNW and HTL4HZBTW2. i already spoke to customer care and they told they will give another hotel sara for us.
    I booked that hotel for my brother personally. not from any travel agency. last hotel mahamaya palace was under renovation and they cant accomodate my relatives. so this is the mistake from goibibo.
    as i told i have booked this as a personal and not from my agency, from goibibo they are asking i cant book because i am attached with a travel agent. ok. then i wanted to cancel my booking and wanted my amount refunded in my account. i dont wanted as a go cash. because as a travel agent i cant book in future also through goibibo.
    but they deducted 2% amount from my booking amount.
    i understand as a travel agent they had to cancel my bookings because it was written in there terms and conditions. but there is nowhere written they can deduct 2% for this. they cheated me and i want this solution.
    i want to know if it is not written in their terms and condition that 2% or any amount they can deduct, then how they are cheating people. i want my money back
