Complaint against Vodafone for Mobile operator complaint overbilling

Dear Team

I have been using my Vodafone (Circle -Delhi NCR) mobile number 8800399738 for more than a year.
Recently I travelled outside India to Saudi Arabia and my data on Roaming by mistake for few mins
Due to which I had been charged 12000 INR as part of Data Roaming charges without services being terminated on reaching my credit limit and got overall bill of 15,594 rs but my credit limit is Rs 5000.
As per customer I am only aware of the credit limit and it is the responsibility of th operator to stop the services once the credit limit is reached.
I am not bound to pay beyond my credit limit as operator cannot increase my credit own its own without my acknowledgement/approval.
Complaint for the same was registered at the service center of Vodafone (Service Request : 975456557.).
After several mails to service center and Appellate office . Vodafone is not ready to accept limitation of the their system to stop billing once credit limit is reached.
I request you to kindly request to take serious action against Vodafone so that we can be prevented from such malpractices to loot customer.
