I, Dr. Pawan Kumar Jain, booked cargo services with Express Cargo Packers and Movers (ISO 9001-2000 Certified company- as mentioned on their letter head) with PAN no. - DFOPK8462J & SERVICE TAX no.-DFOPK8462J St003 ON 24/08/2016 for transportation to bikaner from delhi and made the payments in cash (Bill no. 107). I was promised by the sales executive that my cargo will be delievered in 10-15 days time at maximum. Now, even after 25 days, my cargo has not been delievered! Moreover, the company representative does not answer calls and sparingly once in a blue moon when he happened to answer my call, shun his responsibility, saying whenever he will have any other cargo moving to bikaner, my cargo will be sent along.
Moreover, his is the only phone number for any communication; all other phone numbers mentioned on their website and vouchers are either not working or fake, belonging to someone else.
This is extremely unprofessional, mentally tormenting attitude amounting to fraud and forgery by the company person and company itself.
I seek immediate transport of my cargo, monetary compensation & immediate action against the company person- Mr. Mukesh Kumar & the company- Express Cargo Packers and Movers (Plot no.-34, Behind prem properties, new palam vihar phase-1, gurgaon-122017;
F-213, Dharm Colony,palam vihar extension, gurgaon-122017).
