Reason for Complaint:
Victim of Fraud and harassment and mental stress.
Product was not in original package. No box. Used up product. Torn up wires. No warranty card or anything. Both the products were kind of fixed manually. Were still open when received it. First thing I had to do was to shut them up from things falling out.
Sent an email right away to them asking for refund.
They kept forcing "Return" and I kept telling them I want "Refund".
They asked me to send the Product back. Kept refusing that did not receive it. I had to send a picture of Delivery report a few times to make them admit that it has been received.
Even then I have to chase them for getting my money back.
I received 2 emails on the same day from them about processing my refund, but still no refund even after 4 weeks.
One of the emails said it will take 5 Business days, while the other mail said 8-10 Business days.
I went on their Facebook page as well and it's full of such complaints. Their phone lines never work. NEVER. They have been stealing money from everyone. It's all written down on their Facebook wall. You send them a message on Facebook and you're lucky if you get a reply after 2 weeks. It's so frustrating. I've been under stress a lot because of this.
