Car stolen inspite of central locking and auto cop gear lock

I bought Maruti wagon R LXI from Rana Motor (Maruti dealer) in Aug 2014, which had Nippon central locking and Autocop Car Gear lock. Both the security system were installed and fitted by dealer at the time of delivery.
Maruti claims that their car can only be started by the original keys of car.
Auto cop also claims that their gear lock can not be broken.
Still it was stolen in the night of 17th Nov 2016, even though it was properly locked by central locking and gear lock of auto cop.
I trusted and relied on these security instruments (Central Locking + Gear Lock + Car Keys) and lost my car and faced a financial loss.
