Booking not honoured and not giving proper attention

Dear sir/madam,
I held a unit of Bosch 559 litre refrigerator at the above mentioned store. I held the unit by two hundred rupees for which I have receipt as well as official text message on my phone...and on the next day when I visited the store for making the payment....I was coldly told that it was already sold....in our objection , we were surrounded by many employees....and we were given strange logics...then the manager mr. Arun kumar said that he will try to get the fridge from other stores and he informed me that he can arrange the unit from Delhi but demanded full payment for order but we wanted to check the unit personaly for some scratches or other things bht he point blankly denied....and completely ignored ...us and didn't even care to return our booking amount of 209 .we were quiet disappointed
