Bank account freezed

My bank account got freezed on 2nd of October without informing me. There was no notification or call from bank sides. My dad is not well one day i have to clear his hospital charges there i came to know neither my card was working nor my internet banking was working. I wasn't able to pay through Google pay, phone pay, etc even i wasn't able to withdraw cash. I thought there must be some bank server error. On 5th of October my EMI didn't get deduct i was worried i tried to reach customer care person after so many attempts i spoke to the person he told me your debit has been freezed by the bank you have to reach nearest bank. I went there they told me we got a request from noida police to freeze the account i told them i have never went to noida, i am not even a resident of noida how they can do that. They didn't provide any legal document. I have faced so many problems due to that i told them there's no any fraud transaction from my account i need a proof. After 5 -6 days they told me it was a mistake we have unfreezed your account. Now my EMI's has been bounced because the debit was freezed i had sufficient balance in my account for the EMI's now the bank is asking me for interest too for which i am not even responsible because they freezed my account without even informing me. How am i liable to pay interest for which i am not even responsible. Just because of their negligence i have to suffer so many times. I need a strict action towards the bank. I went to my bank 3-4 times no one is available to help me out.
