Our microwave oven was repaired by the registered service personnel of Croma, M/s Service Point, on 4/06/2020. They charged us Rs 2500, vide receipt no 150, for replacing the megatron and a diode, including Service Charges. Unfortunately the said megatron too was faulty and the microwave oven stopped working the very next day. Despite repeated telephone calls and complaint requests the said service centre has not been responding to our calls. And the said microwave oven remains unrepaired, despite we having paid for the repairs.
