Hi,
I had some guests at home, so we ordered food from Hong’s Kitchen at Eros City Square mall - sec 49, GGN.
For two hours, there is no trace of the order. I have tried calling of the customer care number 18605001234, made 16 calls but the doesn’t connect either.
I have left a msg on their Twitter and Google Handle too but to no avail.
I had to face so much embarrassment with and now have to sleep on empty stomach...
It’s mental harassment 16 calls on the non toll free number and loss of face in front of my guests.
