Didn't get any refund for cancelled Air Tickets

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this with a hope that i will get my money back from MMT which is retained by them from last 8 months.
My name is Rekha and travel with my husband from New Delhi to Bali in March 2020. I booked a round ticket with MMT with a booking ID IN1B1573153256749 and paid a sum of INR 62,696. Our return ticket was cancelled suddenly due to COVID 19 on 18th of March. Afterthat, i book a another ticket with a booking ID NN7812153435386 and paid again INR 43, 926 (Both the tickets are attached with this request). And this ticket was also cancelled.
After coming back to india, i tried to reach to MMT by e-mail, phone etc but MMT didn't respond on emails and helpline numbers. After that i visited to their registered office in Gurgaon during 1st week of August . They gave me assurance that i will get my full money within 7 days. But yet, i didn't get a single penny from MMT.
Request you to please help me in getting money from MMT. If you need further any information, please inform me. I will provide you all information immediately. My contact details are as under :
