This is regarding Phone not replaced(JS16060200214).
There is no sync with in your customer care i raised a case against my phone later when i called customer care the lady didn't knew the history gng for that job sheet. She said il raise a case every time u have a new customer care person but when we ask the status of existing complain they say we don't know its with mail team and at the same time your mail team don't reply for weeks.
If your policy of handing a new phone is changed its ur duty to cl the customer who have there phone at customer care and ask sir policy is changed do you want to get phone screen repaired@4495 your team says we have at portal Do illiterate people know about your shit portal??-you don't have that much power to take action. Because i have already told you there was no communication before phone repair was done @4495.I want everyone to know reality of these China made phone how they fool people .Let the media know about it let the COO know this.
