Non Delivery of product and making false commitments by Amazon.in

I ordered one plus 3 phone and cover from Amazon on 21t July which was supposed to be delivered on 26th July but has not been delivered yet. The status on website shows as delivered to customer and signing receipt of customer is also available however I have message and email proof showing product has not been delivered.

I have tried to contact Amazon multiple times over call and email but have only got false information about product being delivered within 24 hours or so and this has been continuing for last 5 days despite multiple escalations. I have mail proof of all the false claims made by Amazon over these 5 days. I believe I have been harassed by the company over last 5 days and need due compensation for this.

On many cases I have been alleged by company executive saying that the product has already been delivered. For this act of consumer harassment, cheating and defamation I want Amazon to be held accountable and provide due compensation
