About mobile operator, Airtel NCR stopped circle from haryana circle

I was their customer from last 15 years and filed request for port to NCR circle from haryana circle on 7th july. They stopped my haryana number on 13th july, but didnot start my NCR number till oday, i.e. 30th july. I had wrote many mails to appelate authority also but no solution is given from their side. And the number is linked with many accounts and I am not able to transfer any money and I faced loss also due to this.
