My Excel Services Package with Mahindra First Choice Faridabad

In the month of Feb 2016 i have been sold a Excel Service Package for 12 months validity for Rs. 13644/- saying i will get lots of services in that

1) 3 Nos of Car wash
2) Two Services - 1 Minor 1 Major
3) 2 Dry Clean of the car
4) 2 Wheel alignments

But when i went for taking the services in June last week the company ran away and the office has been closed, there is no intimation to me on mobile/email address and i am concerned about my services or refund
