i have purchased online power bank from bookmyoffer.com company rs. 548.00 of 16800 mah samsung company but he sent me defective power bank of 20800 mah. I have called his customer care number but he did not received my call.

    I purchase a power bank of samsung 16800mah at 598Rs.
    But the company gave me a defective piece who not even charge my cellphone more than 4%. I called to customer care and also send mail but no respond got from it.
