Vodafone Mobile number is not reachable maximum time

I have a Vodafone post paid connection from past 3 years. From last Feb 2016 on wards maximum people are telling me that my mobile is showing not reachable or switch off always.In case somebody get connection then also network is so poor that voice is not audible or call gets drop. I had given several complaints to them but every time I get a message from their company that they called me but i have not picked up the call and the complaints gets closed. But they are lying always. Last week I went to their local care center and they they said that I need to replace the SIM to solve the problem but the problem is still continuing.Actually they are not bother to solve the problem as they know at the end of the month they will get their bill amount.Kindly take strict action so that they understand a customer importance.
