Urjakart.com company not giving refund after cancellation

I had ordered some tools from Urjakart.com (Order #200030681). The order was placed and the transaction was successful made via paytm (Txn ID - 3305396701). I also received the invoice and payment confirmation email from Urjakart.com and Paytm. When after 30 days the product was not shipped I called and inquired. the company representative told me the won't be able to ship the item due to non availability and cancelled it immediately. They told the amount would be refunded within a week. It has been 5 months now and even after numorous phone calls and emails they have not yet refunded the money.
Urjakart is absolutely a fraud company. It dosen't even have a single positive review. Many people have submitted similar complaints of non refunds after cancellation.
If you are also a victim of their fraud and want to take legal action against them kindly get in contact so that this scam can be exposed.
