refund not initiated, purchased a reebok shoes on thursday(10-11-16) from snapdeal

Dear sir,
I have purchased a reebok shoes on thursday(10-11-16) from snapdeal the order id is 16662673615 product name is reebok ultra speed (BD3628) price of this product is 3,540 rupees this product delivered on Saturday(12-11-16) and this is different shoes thats why i have update return request and the product return pickup successfully done by nuvo express pickup boy name is sandeep singh and pickup order no. Is 0776491941 and air bill no. Is SND3469156 but still my refund not initiated in my bank account then after that i was called customer care they told me your complaint is closed by my snapdeal back hand team and your refund is not initiated in your account and your snapdeal account is blocked.
Please sir take a strict action on them and sir they did not share with me anything about the order and without my discussion they blocked my snapdeal account and blocked my refund amount. Sir please do for this take a strict action on them and i will share with you some picture related with this order.
