Telecom complaint against Reliance for Fraud on account of 4G wipod by Reliance

Fraud on account of 4G wipod.
I was offered 4G connection by Reliance in June 2016 which I opted for. I was told that the plan and cost remains the same till any change is notified. I received a message on July 9 to start using my 4G. I started using it and kept track as per my plan (5GB day +5GB night). No change in plan or pricing was notified through any source. And, by 29th I consumed my data and received a message that I have consumed my data and the speed would be throttled to 144kbps. But it was actually disconnected totally. Every time I called up customer care, I was told that system is not working so they dont know the reason. This went on until they generated bill on Aug 9 for Rs.4333/-. I was shocked and enquired but they gave very cold shoulder saying you exceeded your limit of 5 GB. I told them that I had a limit of 10GB and no change if plan and cost was intimated to me and my consent has not been taken. I had been sending mails with details to them but they havent replied to a single mail. They have waived off some amt and the balance payable is shown at Rs.2302/- now. But I was paying Rs.630/- in my earlier plan so why should I pay this much amount when they changed plan and cost without my consent. In this forum I got to know that I am not alone who has been chested. It had happened with innumerable customers and nobody is getting reply from them. They are waiving somewhat amount and settling the issue on case to case basis. Such a big name and the cheap way of extorting money ftom customers. Mails in this regard are attached for reference. I have registered complaint through their process but all in vain. Now they have stopped that option also on my id.
