I have purchased 1 ton window AC from Vijay Sales Uttam Nagar outlet on 2nd may 2016.
AC started problem just after few days now i am facing cooling issue. Their engineer visited two times and failed to repair and now service center is asking amount to solve the problem in Air conditioner, though its under warranty and product was purchased just few months before (2nd may 2016).
This Air Conditioner is not working from more than a month.
Please guide me.
