Complain regarding LG washer dryer and vacuum cleaner technically defective product

LG does not test their products before selling to consumer. We bought brand new high end model of LG washer dryer (FH4U1JBHK6N) and vacuum cleaner (VC3316NNTM). Both the products are technically defective. The motor of the vacuum cleaner is burnt out (the vacuum was delivered in defective condition and it was not working when delivered). The engineers came twice to try and repair it but were not able to. LG has not resolved the issue even after several complaints and has not replaced the defective product or refunded our money. The dryer of the washing machine is not functional. Even after running it for 4-5 hours, clothes come out crumpled and wet. LG clearly did not test the product for its effectiveness before selling it to the consumer. This is the most expensive washer dryer in the market. We have had 4-5 engineers come to check the product. LG has not resolved the issue or refunded our money even after several complaints. Any defective product is always recalled by the manufacturer. This is a global practice. Both the vacuum cleaner and washing dryer are technically faulty and defective and should be recalled by the manufacturer.
