Faulty OGeneral AC complaint from Vijay Sales,Pitampura

I purchased OGeneral AC on 15/04/2016 from Vijay Sales,Pitampura for Rs.36000/-. this was insatalled on 25/04/2016.From day 1, it was giving a smell on startup and the cooling was not of the desired level. On technician visit we complained him of the same ,but he replied that this AC uses a new gas and within few days it will be ok. through out May we were experiencing the same that cooling was not upto the mark and then we went on vaccation from 1-15 june. On coming back we were thinking of complaining but on 30 june the AC stopped cooling at all.we lodged a complain on 2 july, and the technician told that gas has leaked." just one and half month of usage gas leaked".
Asking them to replace the AC as it was faulty from day1, but they are saying will refill the gas only.
This is what we are getting to buy the most expensive Window AC in the market(i would have get two AC in price of this) and believing in OGeneral Company ???
