I purchased an Air Cooler from Palki Electricals, D-21, Gali No. 1, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092 on 12.04.2016 vide retail invoice / cash memo book number 19 serial number 1851 dated 12.04.2016. Bill Attached for your ready reference.



The above said cooler was delivered to my residence on 12.04.2016 around 9:00 PM. As we wanted to check the functioning of the cooler, the delivery man opened it and tried to explain us its function but it didn’t work, we immediately called up to the dealer and he assured to send his mechanic on the very next day i.e. 13.04.2016. the mechanic attended the problem but somehow the water pump did not lift water, so we were advised by the dealer to call the service Centre. For next few days we were out of station, so on our return we called up your customer care Centre which can be seen from your record.



Since then, this air cooler has been shooting problems on and often and every time this issue is not resolved by one mechanic so its take 2-3 days to get it repair.

We have been continuously calling and requesting to dealer and your customer care Centre to replace this air cooler. But instead helping us, their simple statement is to contact to the company. This repeated problem and rude behavior from your supporting staff has forced me to file a complaint in consumer court for natural justice.

You are requested to look into the concern matter and resolve my problem within a week.

    This is regarding bad product shipped from the company and after raisin multiple complaints, they are just ignoring the complaints.
    The product seems to be defective as the problems started just after one week of purchase.
    Since they are not ready to rectify the issue, I wanted to return the product amd get refund.
    I want to raise my convern on this regard.
    Please help me to escalate this issue to consumer forum so that the company cam be penalized.

    Never buy any product from symphony, it's a non customer friendly company and a cheat.
    And the customer support services are disgusting.
