Hi,

I bought a cooler of life plus company from my nearest shop (vaishno paints mayur vihar phase 3, new delhi.). he provide me 2 year onsite warranty from company side with a warranty card. now when i use it for day, there was a water leakage problem. i contact to shop, he provide me the exchange facility for the cooler. i exchange the cooler 3-4 times but the problem was not resolved. after that seller contact to the company life plus. the company told me that there was a problem in first slot of the cooler and we will provide you a new cooler from second slot in next day evening. i try to contact many times to seller and company but the cooler problem is not resolved. Now after spending 20 day company did not sent me the cooler and continuosly making me fool. please provide me the right way so that this type of company should be closed. i want to back my money please help.

    i purchased a tower cooler from venu traders najafgarh. within a year it fan stopped giving fast air. on complaint their mechanic came and take away motor with condenser.now more than six month has been passed no one came to affix motor. They are just like thief who take away my motor.
    so it is a chor company don't buy any product from this chor firm

    I bought a chimney 1 week before but now it's not working I complained about it 3 days back today company told me that they are unable to service . Pooor service by poor people
