Consumer complaint against xolo phone service centre has made it multiple

Sir/ madam

i gave my xolo phone on 22nd April 2016 with a complaint only of discharging (that is when i put my xolo phone for charging it was decreasing, charging percentage was decreasing) they took for one week and called me up saying charging strip needs to be replaced then it works properly for replacements it cost 1,680/- there will be only one month guarantee for charging strip. Just one month that's all. I agreed and they also did. Phone was ok for only 4 days then the actual problem started along with. My phone display is shaking like old tv without cable, it shakes nearly 10 min sometimes with vibrations after few min it will switch of again. Two days wen it happens i was able to switch on but third day it completely switched how much ever i press power on button i couldn't switch it on.. I went back and said something they did and gave me phone after two days saying it was software problem. Then y did they take money for charging strip?? Today is 18th may 2016 still i have 4 days to go for 22nd may 2016 for one month duration to get over i have already visited 4 times with one or the other problem in my set. But they are silent. Even today its with them. Return my phone with same condition how it was brought to u or pay me the money how much ever my phone costs.

Otherwise i have to drag this to consumer courts
