I have purchased a new mobile model no. Spice MI 505 from Jai Sachidanand Telecom address E-1/E-2, Chankya Place Part 4, Sai Complex, 40 Feet Road Mkt. Janakpuri 110068 for which mobile shopkeeper told to get the insurance of mobile for future damaged. For which I got the insurance done from the shopkeeper by New Mobile Care India Pvt. Ltd. On premium paid Rs. 810/- on dated 17/11/2013 for two years. Meanwhile, my mobile got damaged in April 2015 which is under the insurance period.
Further, I went to shopkeeper to repair the mobile according to the insurance covered. But he told me to concern with the insurance company for the damage. When, I tried to contact with Concern Company so many times via mail, telephone and letter in writing compliant for claim. But I did not get any positive response from the company. Further, I myself went to company address where I found that the company has left from market. Further, I contact with shopkeeper. He told me to repair the mobile else refund damaged amount. For the same thing he gave me so many dates but still either, he is repairing my mobile or refund the amount.
Therefore, I request to look into the matter in subject to market fraud.
