Dear Concern,
I (Anand Prakash #9818140801) Had purchased a bronze plan policy amounting Rs.3990/- from sars health in August 2015. Invoice No.-9461 Sars Id-SARS1516 which includes Accidental claim policy and reimbursable doctor’s consultation voucher for Rs.3000/-, But I didn't receive the policy cover note with kit. When I asked for the cover note they said that will have delivered after 45 days. i mailed them and wait till completion of 45 days but after 50 days when i did not received the cover note I asked again they said it was dispatched and will reach by next 15 days. But again I did not receive the same. I mailed many times for the same and not get any response on mail. After calling regularly I manage to connect with customer service of Sar Health but now what they said was unbelievable they said there was no such kind of Accidental policy was there in my plan and we will scrutinise the case and take action on concerned employee and revert you back in the month of March-2016 and till now no call or mail received by me from their side. I also send the doctors consultation voucher for reimbursement with bill on mail but neither any revert nor the amount received by me. I have mailed number of time but no single mail was reverted by them. Now they also not taking my calls. It was really a bad experience which harass me lot. I want my money back and take legal action against Sars Health Care Please take necessary action and resolve the issue.
