my complaint against indian youth card issued by RBL bank. this is a prepaid card which i purchased 6months back.. card company has a provision that if i asa card user will refer any of my friend, then card company is supposed to give me rs.50 for each friend referred by me irrespective of whether he purchase card from them or not. rs. 50 is supposed to be credited within 7-10 working days as per the terms and conditions.
kindly note, i referred around 20 friends to this company in the month of april-may but didn't received any money from them..
i have marked many complaints to them, but i never got any proper resolution from them
