Unfair bike service charges and abusing

From last few days I had problem with the head light of my bike, yesterday I went to a mechanic and asked him to fix the problem and it took hardly 10 minutes to fix it and he didn't install any new parts in it and he charged me 150 rupees which is 3 times more than the labour charges i was charged last time form another shop and when I asked him for concession he started abusing me very badly.
