i bought blackberry q5 handset online from flipKart two months back and during purchase it was clearly written that it is 100% return back policy,
This handset is not working properly, and on the next day of purchase i sent an email to flipcart to return the handset but they refused to return it back, and instead asked me to go for local blackberry service centre for any problem in kolkata, but there is no blackberry service centre, and now i feel cheated,`
