Supplied Duplicate Faulty 128 GB Samsung Memory Card

I have purchased a 128 GB Samsung Memory Card (Order No. 080467749252126) from bookmyoffer.com which was received on 16.08.2016. The product which I have received was duplicate and faulty.

Regarding this I have given several mails and telephonic complains, but they did not replace the product or refund my money back. At present their phone does not connects as well as they did not even replying the mail.

This is a fraud site with duplicate and defective products selling to the customers.
