Bank Managers, Recovery agents or Goons ? Credit card issue

Hello.
I am a businessman from Kolkatta, and I have been using many credit cards for past 20+ years, but only during last 5 months months of time (facing heavy financial crunch and deaths in family) couldnt clear dues on my cards even required minimum payment.

Recovery agents are coming with bank managers to recover dues (I am suprised, as this specially happens with all banks now)

Need your help and suggestion.. I am not seeing any income for next atleast 2 months, for same reasons we have sold 1 of our house.. (I am expecting the amount as per builder to get this month, (around 20 days), but still to be on safer side I assume 50 days max.

Need your help on same.. As this recovery agents directly visit office/home without prior notice..
And today they got number for of my my relative and abused her..

Should i call them to get back to recover required amount and get them arrested ?
