Non compliance of AMC Annual Maintenance Contract with Hitachi Home & Life Solutions

I have entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract with Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd. of 33 Kabir Road, Kol - 26 for my Hitachi AC vide ref no.15/2/800318 dt.21-12-15 for the period fom 18-4-16 to 17-4-17. On 14th June 2016 I rang them to mend some error which is showing by the machine. Till date no technician has been sent and I have no other alternative but to ask for technician from outside to mend the error.
