Online complain against reliance CDMA to GSM transfering network problem

there is a network problem I Have facing since I had transfer my CDMA number into GSM numbr..the customer care manipulating me and forced me to tranfer my CDMA into GSM...the RELIANCE NETWORK SERVICE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND NOT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM...it is very humble request to make network better or give me option to again tranfer my number into any other network...as the customer care told me that I can't transfer my number into anyother network again within 90 days....that means 90 days I have to suffer from this stupidity stuff...do somthing and cancel the licence of bussiness of reliance network

    I got a message from reliance on my 8767204696 number, to recharge for Rs.57 for 28 days. But when i recharged i got only 300mb for 7 days. Why such fraudulent activity?
