Non delivery of product mobile phone for repair with the authorised service centre

Gave my mobile phone for repair with the authorised service centre on 21st April 2016 and still now I havent received the phone. I have was told that it would hardly take 10-15 days but still there is no sign of them returning the mobile. Its under warranty and the issue i had with my mobile was it just keetp on rebooting. The mobile is LG G4 and the issue is of manufacturing defect. I have been following up with the service centre for the past 2 weeks and they always say that they do not have the components which needs to be changed. I had contacted the ASM of Service dept. and he is also not able to provide me any genuin reason for the delay. Pathetic service of LG.
